We utilize a combination of online platforms and offline professional teams, to provide nationwide leasing brokerage services for warehouses & factories for enterprises. At present, our online platform website has gathered over 180 million square meters of rental resources. Besides, we also provide consulting assistance to enterprises and fund institutions in the acquisition or sale of their industrial properties.

In 2025, we have started exploring the provision of site selection and consulting services for Chinese enterprises going global. We look forward to working together with overseas property owners, service agencies, associations, etc. to provide value for Chinese enterprises going global.
